Homemade ravioli pasta filled with broccoli & mascarpone, seasoned with lemon, on a bed of braised mini vegetables.

3. Main dish

Grilled beef tenderloin, baby spinach, roasted hazelnuts, sautéed red onion, porcini mushroom sauce, and potato purée.

4. Dessert

White chocolate ganache infused with bay leaves, orange and apple compote, and an orange biscuit.
